The Science of Sleep: Understanding the Importance of a Good Night’s Rest
I used to be a night owl, stayed up late and slept in until the afternoon, but as time went on, I realized that my poor sleeping habits were impacting my mood, energy, and overall well-being. I made the decision to change and establish a consistent sleep schedule. I now go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and I have seen a significant enhancement in my overall well-being. I feel more awake and lively during the day and my mood has also improved.
