My Learning of 2022

As a South Asian Student in North America 🇨🇦

I gained a lot of knowledge, lost a lot of money, and invested, earned, spent, and saved a lot. traveled abroad, traversed three national borders, and covered 17% of the globe🇨🇦.

Lose a lot of friends, mostly because they got married😜. I Make a lot of new connections though, mostly for a purpose🤓.

I suffered from food cravings, missed my chhole bhature, littli chokha, Korma, pav bhaji and chai. Though, experienced countless different new tastes of globe and of course Tim Hortons (Double Double). 😁

I experienced loneliness, depression, anxiety, and imposter, however, thank god I survived. Enhanced my resilience, come up with a new mindset, and with new learnings. something I learned and going to stuck with is:

1: Giving up on own dreams is harder than accepting the challenges to pursue those. And trust me, never try to play too safe, it’s boring.

2: Years ago I read a book, “What Got You Here Won’t Get You There” full of case studies of CEOs, founders, and other successful people from different sectors. I didn’t understand the key point of the book but this year…
